Free to use
The calculators are free to use for planning your projects. You do not need an account.
Estimates, not guarantees
The calculators give planning estimates based on typical published values. Real material weights, coverage, and prices vary by supplier, moisture, grade, and site. Confirm quantities with your supplier before you order, and check your vehicle's payload on its door-jamb sticker. Never exceed your vehicle's rated capacity.
HaulOnce is not a substitute for a professional. For structural work (such as concrete footings and slabs), drainage, retaining walls, or anything your local building code covers, follow the code and ask a qualified professional.
Prices
Default prices are examples, not offers or quotes. Local price medians, when shown, reflect what other visitors said they paid. They are not verified and may not match current prices.
Safety
Call 811 before you dig, so buried utility lines can be marked. Lift and load safely, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product. Playground surfacing guidance here is summarized from the CPSC Public Playground Safety Handbook; follow the full handbook.
Sharing what you paid
If you submit a price report, please share only what you really paid. You allow us to use it, combined with other reports, to show local price medians. We may remove reports that look wrong or abusive.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending fake reports, scraping it at scale, or trying to break or overload it.
Other websites
We link to sources and other sites for your reference. We are not responsible for their content.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, HaulOnce is not liable for losses that come from using it, such as ordering too much or too little material.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
